Single or Multiple Charts?
Do i need to attach the EA on single chart or multiple charts?
A few clients are confused about installing their EA whether they need to attach the EA on every currency chart that they want to trade or they can attach the EA on one chart and the EA can open trades on all symbols.
The answer is, You must open multiple charts and install the EA on every chart when you are using Forex Hedge Sclaper EA or Forex Ai Trend EA but if you are using Forex Correlation EA, you must open only one chart and install the EA on one chart only. the EA can open trades on all charts from one chart only.Thanks.
Worried for Drawdowns?
If you have drawdowns on your account and you are worried, you can switch to different method of drawdown control to keep lower drawdowns on your forex trading account. You have option to choose between 1.Very Strict, 2.Strict, 3.Normal and 4.Relaxed. The more strict method you choose, the lower drawdowns it will keep. Check detailed information about it.
Manual Trading
Can i close or open trades manually?
Using any of our forex EA, ie. Hedge scalper EA, Correlation ea or Ai Trend EA, there is actually no need of closing any trade manually, Because the EA can handle all the trades by itself. But if you are interested in closing or opening manual trades, Yes you can open or close. but the EA won't perform its best because manual trading may disturb the whole strategy and planning of the EA. So we would strongly recommend not to manually trade while the EA is running.

Latency and Connectivity
Does Latency matters? Do i need a low latency connection?
Low latency is required when you are trading for micro pips such as 0.5 or 0.6 pips and you close your trades with in a second or two. But for our EAs that are professionally designed with long term strategies, So you don't need a low latency VPS or connection. Because all the trades are closed more than 20 pips and average holding time is about one day.
But still you should have a VPS that connects to your broker with in 650ms for better trade execution. If your connection is more than 650ms, you should consider changing your VPS for better speed.

License Validating Delays
Some users reported delays in validating license of hedge scalper EA and Ai Trend EA. Please note that when you install the EA you need to add url to your terminal either MT4 or MT5 before installing the EA. If you add URL in advance, you won't need to wait longer, it can validate your license within 30 seconds. but if you add URL after installing the EA, it can take up to 6 hours.

It has been about a year now that the forex hedge scalper ea v25 has not been update. Its a long time and risky to use the hedge scalper EA anymore. Kindly note that we are going to stop hedge Scalper EA V25 on 31-December-2025. It would be better to switch to V26 on time to avoid any interruption.

Make the “Max Spread Allowed” > -1. That’s how the EA will stop opening new trades and keep managing the old trades. but if your purpose is to move VPS, Feel free to move it anytime while your trades are running. There is no need to close your trades. You can move anytime.
