EURUSD.m Vs EURUSD
Some of the brokers has double trading pairs with same symbol, such as EURUSD.m and EURUSD while some others like EURUSD.fx and EURUSD, but they allow trading only one of them. When you install the EA on wrong trading pair, it doesn't open trade and you maybe keep waiting for many hours. Solution > If you have such broker with double trading pairs, you can open a manual order before installing the EA to confirm whether which type of pair does your broker allow trading? its EURUSD.pro or EURUSD, then install the EA on right pair.

Single or Multiple Charts?
Do i need to attach the EA on single chart or multiple charts?
A few clients are confused about installing their EA whether they need to attach the EA on every currency chart that they want to trade or they can attach the EA on one chart and the EA can open trades on all symbols.
The answer is, You must open multiple charts and install the EA on every chart when you are using Forex Hedge Sclaper EA or Forex Ai Trend EA but if you are using Forex Correlation EA, you must open only one chart and install the EA on one chart only. the EA can open trades on all charts from one chart only.Thanks.
Worried for Drawdowns?
If you have drawdowns on your account and you are worried, you can switch to different method of drawdown control to keep lower drawdowns on your forex trading account. You have option to choose between 1.Very Strict, 2.Strict, 3.Normal and 4.Relaxed. The more strict method you choose, the lower drawdowns it will keep. Check detailed information about it.
Manual Trading
Can i close or open trades manually?
Using any of our forex EA, ie. Hedge scalper EA, Correlation ea or Ai Trend EA, there is actually no need of closing any trade manually, Because the EA can handle all the trades by itself. But if you are interested in closing or opening manual trades, Yes you can open or close. but the EA won't perform its best because manual trading may disturb the whole strategy and planning of the EA. So we would strongly recommend not to manually trade while the EA is running.

Latency and Connectivity
Does Latency matters? Do i need a low latency connection?
Low latency is required when you are trading for micro pips such as 0.5 or 0.6 pips and you close your trades with in a second or two. But for our EAs that are professionally designed with long term strategies, So you don't need a low latency VPS or connection. Because all the trades are closed more than 20 pips and average holding time is about one day.
But still you should have a VPS that connects to your broker with in 650ms for better trade execution. If your connection is more than 650ms, you should consider changing your VPS for better speed.

License Validating Delays
Some users reported delays in validating license of hedge scalper EA and Ai Trend EA. Please note that when you install the EA you need to add url to your terminal either MT4 or MT5 before installing the EA. If you add URL in advance, you won't need to wait longer, it can validate your license within 30 seconds. but if you add URL after installing the EA, it can take up to 6 hours.

I am copy/paste the key into the inputs. And have checked it 3 times. also I have restarted mt4

make sure that you have license key for the Ai trend EA. the hedge scalper EA license key doesn’t work on Ai trend EA. each EA has its own license key.

yes I got the license number from the original email you sent when i first bought Ai trend. I used it to download the latest version. And used it to create the set files. The licence number ends in 4RU

when setting up set file for say a 3 k account is more pairs better or does it more dangerous? eg 4 compared to 6

more pairs will divide the risk into multiple pairs. and cannot use too many pairs. you can select number of pairs, if its acceptable, you will successfully be able to generate set file or you will get error for too many pairs.
Hello. Is there a way to stop the Ea. Ie not open any more trades and close the existing trades in time. ? I want to move VPS

Make the “Max Spread Allowed” > -1. That’s how the EA will stop opening new trades and keep managing the old trades. but if your purpose is to move VPS, Feel free to move it anytime while your trades are running. There is no need to close your trades. You can move anytime.
