How the Profit Target System Works

Target Mode = Individual Target
Suppose your target is:

You have:
- Buy trades = +$12
- Sell trades = -$5
The Buy side has reached the $10 target, so the EA closes the qualifying Buy trades.
The Sell trades remain open because their individual profit has not reached the target.
This mode is particularly useful for strategies where Buy and Sell positions should be managed independently.
Mode 2 – Combined Profit
Select:
Target Mode = Combined Profit
Suppose you have:
- Buy trades = +$8
- Sell trades = +$4
Combined profit:
$8 + $4 = $12
If your target is $10, the combined target has been reached and the EA closes the qualifying Buy/Sell trades according to your selected direction.
EA Settings
The main settings are simple and easy to configure.
Symbols
Enter the symbols you want the EA to manage.
Example:
EURUSD,GBPUSD,USDJPY
Leave it empty to allow all symbols.
Magics
Enter the Magic Numbers that the EA should manage.
Example:
12345,67890
Leave it empty to allow all Magic Numbers.
Direction
Choose one of:
Both Buy & Sell
Manages both Buy and Sell trades.
Buy Only
Manages only Buy trades.
Sell Only
Manages only Sell trades.
Target Mode
Choose between:
Individual Target
Buy and Sell profit are calculated separately.
Combined Profit Target
Buy and Sell profit are added together.
Profit Amount
This is the target profit amount used by the EA.

means the target is $10 based on the account’s profit calculation.
